The Red Hat Training team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will work closely with the Red Hat Academy (RHA) business development manager to guide adoption within our Red Hat Academy schools. You will use your customer service skills to engage closely with higher education institutions. You’ll serve as the primary contact for all RHA schools and will be responsible for representing Red Hat to the school leadership and management. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be crucial to the future success of Red Hat, as the RHA program raises awareness and helps meet the skill gap for Red Hat’s solutions portfolio.
