To meet the growing demand for Red Hat Training and Certification in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), the Red Hat Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for a Business Development Manager with passion for learning and ability to communicate highly technical concepts to audiences at different stages in the Red Hat journey to join us in Canberra, Australia. In this role, your work will be very visible and have significant customer impact. You’ll collaborate closely with our customers to craft training programs that will promote the adoption and usage of Red Hat’s offerings. You will help customers understand their training requirements, develop detailed training proposals, conduct thorough training needs analysis, and manage the flawless realization of training plans. You’ll be fully engaged in all phases of the education business cycle, including identification, qualification, and recommendation of education solutions for customers and business partners. As a Business Development Manager, you will also work with the Delivery and Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of trainings, as well as be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction.
