The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join us in Farnborough, U.K. In this role, you will promote excellence in lead qualification, management, and development as you follow up with customers who make inquiries about Red Hat’s solutions and services. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders in the business, including Marketing, Sales, and partner teams across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region to optimize return from each marketing activity and identify cross and upsell opportunities for Red Hat.
