In this role, you will help shape the vision for Red Hat's tools and technology and inspire and recruit software developers. You’ll need to have a passion for all kinds of technology, ability to create with software, and a personal vision for the future of software development. As a Developer Advocate, you should have demonstrable excellent communication and public presentation skills and be comfortable leading in-depth discussions with senior technical leaders (e.g., Global 2000 enterprise architects and principal software engineers). You’ll also need to have active software development background, demonstrated success speaking at developer events, and experience engaging developer communities.
