    Job summary

    The Red Hat Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Partner Programs and Enablement team is looking for a Partner Program Manager to join us. In this role, you will assume partner program ownership of the Certified Cloud and Service Providers (CCSP) program as a subject matter expert and an ownership of our cross-partner-programmatic projects for the EMEA region. You will make sure that we have the right tools and partner platforms in place, allowing Red Hat to scale and meet our future growth targets with the CCSP partners in the region as a result. You will be given an opportunity to work in a team that closely communicates and works with teams from different fields of business. As a Partner Program Manager, you’ll also ensure that our CCSP program and all commercial programs contribute to Red Hat’s booking growth targets. This role can be based in any of our EMEA locations with access to a major airport to enable travel (30%) across EMEA. Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Shape the next phase of our programmatic offerings for our partners in the EMEA region through a creation of an engaging program structure, relevant benefits and requirements, and compelling value propositions, focusing mainly on the CCSP program
    • Work cross-programmatically with other program owners that own partner programs in the buy, built, and sell ecosystems of our partner program
    • Connect with country organizations and global teams, collaborating and communicating with all relevant stakeholders, ranging from strategic ownership positions to the executive-level stakeholders
    • Develop, support, and implement partner program initiatives
    • Ensure that partner programs are effective, relevant, and that they support Red Hat’s strategies
    • Work closely with associates from other teams in order to add value to our partner ecosystem offerings through a collaborative approach

    Required skills

    • 5+ years of work experience in the high-technology industry, software or open source field, or program or partner management
    • Experience working in partner marketing; experience working with telesales or telemarketing teams is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain both partner and internal executive-level relationships
    • Deep understanding of what motivates our distinct partners and proven experience in leading a results-oriented communication with partners
    • Excellent networking, persuasion, assertive, and communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team and to inspire and manage cross-functional virtual teams
    • Solid understanding of and proven experience with various channels and partner types; solid knowledge of the cloud provider market
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
    • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30%
