    Job summary

    The Red Hat Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will serve as a sourcing and recruiting expert, applying tools and resources to uncover the best talent in the market. You'll engage passive candidates, learn about their aspirations and interests, and connect them with relevant roles and opportunities at Red Hat. Red Hat's approach to recruiting, much like our approach to software engineering, is based on openness, transparency, and community involvement. You'll need to champion these values and promote change in the way recruiters interact with technical communities and individuals. You'll also manage talent by integrating into the tech communities via social media, conferences, meetups, and other activities. As a Technical Recruiter, you will help secure Red Hat's excellent reputation in the open source world by offering time and resources to help these communities grow. You’ll be expected to build good relationships with engineers and help them understand how recruiters can contribute to their career development and the tech community as a whole.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Identify potential candidates across functional areas like products and technologies (software engineering, automation, DevOps, technical support) and services (consulting, architecture)  using a variety of tools and channels, e.g., applicants, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, communities, events, and technical conferences
    • Serve as a Red Hat brand ambassador and interact with communities and individuals via social media; cultivate followers and deliver high-quality, relevant content
    • Engage and screen candidates for technical roles across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region
    • Represent Red Hat at technical events; work with the business on hosting micro recruiting events
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Investigate new tools and latest trends in recruiting and share knowledge with the team

    • Recruiting experience from corporate side or a recruiting agency
