The Red Hat Training team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us in Stuttgart, Germany. In this role, you will provide strategic business analysis services to the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Training team. You’ll work closely with internal business teams to gain deep understanding of customer business strategies, processes, services, roadmaps, and the context in which the businesses operate. You’ll promote operational improvement across the Training team by focusing on clarifying and refining our master data management system. You’ll need to have excellent analytical skills and be committed to contributing to Red Hat's operational success, as you'll be resolving all data quality deficiencies, improving data entry practices, and creating process design strategies. As a Business Analyst, you’ll also take care of a range of activities from leading projects to assisting other project managers on larger, more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level.
