You’ll need to be results-oriented and passionate about helping sales executives exceed sales targets by focusing on the development of a specific set of sales skills. You’ll field inbound requests from sales professionals, sales leaders, and sales support teams in the EMEA region on the topics of sales enablement, development, and talent management, then measure these against existing programs to identify gaps. As a Regional Sales Enablement Advocate, you will lead and engage in conversations and working group sessions alongside sales teams, managers, and sales leadership and work directly with the sales teams toward building, sustaining, and measuring best practices in global sales. This role reports to the Manager of Sales Enablement Regional Advocates. Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business.
