    Job summary

    The Red Hat People (HR) Service Management team is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will work within HR, focusing on HR service delivery, processes, compliance, and operations. You’ll concentrate on operational excellence and scalability within HR for the delivery of services. As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll need to have experience with data analysis and consistent review of data to guide decision-making and enhancements to support scalability and efficiencies and guide operational success across HR.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and regions on the transition of services using the service delivery model and definitions
    • Facilitate the creation of service delivery model process and support materials for HR programs
    • Partner with process owners to develop training requirements for transitioning services within region and the global organization   
    • Define success measures with program lead and delivery team
    • Analyze data within HR on services to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
    • Facilitate process optimization initiatives
    • Serve as a change agent for services being transitioned and technology releases
    • Support testing of new technologies and enhancements
    • Ensure that all projects include organizational change management and communication plans in alignment with the Red Hat Open Decision Framework
    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Red Hat or customer-specific

    Required skills

    • 3-5 years of experience within HR
    • Ability to engineer and design processes
    • Experience with data analysis
    • Experience with service delivery model and shared services
    • Knowledge of HR processes and service areas
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to impact and inspire stakeholders   
    • Solid consulting and facilitation skills
    • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including change management
    • Flexible with the ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Communicative and comfortable owning projects and taking leadership role in ambiguous situations
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and engage CoE, regional HR stakeholders, and delivery partners
