The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join us in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will report to the Regional Services Manager and support the delivery of our consulting solutions while providing project support and serving as a direct project coordinator depending on the size and complexity of the engagement. You'll ensure that all processes, approvals, and system tools are accurately maintained, and identify and design improved efficiency within the day-to-day operations of the Services team. You will interface with other key teams like Finance, Sales, and Resourcing, so managing these relationships will be key. As a Project Coordinator, you will also manage some customer-facing activities like project scheduling, logistics, coordination, tracking, and monitoring, and collaborate with various finance teams on customer issues to solve project issues around time reporting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
