    Job summary

    The Red Hat Delivery Excellence Centre (DEC) team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join us in Brno, the Czech Republic. In this role, you'll contribute essential administrative support to coordinate a project team, typically under the direction of a team leader. You'll need to coordinate project meetings and progress measurement activities, bringing distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll also participate in administration of time and expenses, support project analysis and status reporting requirements, as well as process improvement initiatives.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Coordinate cross-functional team meetings
    • Support project analysis and status reporting
    • Perform planning and logistics related to various internal and external events, including scheduling events, managing event resources, reserving conference rooms, creating speaker schedules, and other event coordination related tasks
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, close projects and documentation
    • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable

    Required skills

    • Experience working as a project coordinator
    • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
    • Knowledge of project management principles
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to critically analyze and prioritize requests
    • Solid planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
    • Comfortable with establishing relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region
    • Fluent language skills in English
