The Red Hat Sales Operations Business Partnership team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for our Nordics region to join us in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will support the Nordics Regional Manager and the Sales team to eliminate inefficiencies, allow the team to promote revenue and enhance Red Hat’s competitive position. You will also lead and manage programs and projects for this organization. You’ll work closely with sponsors, project owners, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to define deliverables and manage tasks, resources, costs, and progress. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll also provide updates in review meetings and quarterly business reviews, provide strategy progress reports, and propose corrective action.
