    Job summary

    The Red Hat Sales Operations Business Partnership team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for our Nordics region to join us in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will support the Nordics Regional Manager and the Sales team to eliminate inefficiencies, allow the team to promote revenue and enhance Red Hat’s competitive position. You will also lead and manage programs and projects for this organization. You’ll work closely with sponsors, project owners, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to define deliverables and manage tasks, resources, costs, and progress. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll also provide updates in review meetings and quarterly business reviews, provide strategy progress reports, and propose corrective action.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Prepare strategy updates, define metrics, and implement a monitoring mechanism
    • Identify the goals, objectives, and scope of projects while working with relevant leaders and stakeholders
    • Facilitate, specify, document, and deliver business requirements to management and functional areas to identify resource requirements, costs, and delivery schedule
    • Handle project management issues like project ownership and planning, project integration and adoption, reporting, and post mortem
    • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the existing business processes and capability
    • Propose process management improvements and guide their development and adoption
    • Provide effective and consistent communication between management, resources, and other business partners
    • Provide operational support to the Business Development Sales leadership on forecast, planning and pipeline management
    • Define requirements for and provide analytics to support decision making
    • Act as a trusted adviser to Business Development Sales leadership team
    • Support and guide sales methodology, process, new tool adoption, and escalations

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably MBA in business, financial, or project analytics
    • 5+ years of international work experience in sales or sales-related functions, preferably the software industry
    • Experience working with multiple projects in matrix environment
    • Excellent Business Intelligence (BI) analytics skills
    • Excellent persuasive communication skills, with the ability to shape opinions at all levels of an organization
    • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
    • In-depth knowledge of sales methodology and experience in delivering business case financials to lead improvements in sales processes and tools
