    Job summary

    The Red Hat Finance team is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate Treasury department in all activities regarding the cash and investment management as well as foreign exchange across our Latin American offices.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Review and reconcile all previous day transactions within the treasury workstation and prepare forecast of current-day ending cash position
    • Verify banking instructions on wire requests for accuracy and initiate treasury wire transfers
    • Assist with opening and closing bank accounts, changing signers on accounts, and general bank account maintenance
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of cash flows for each entity across Mexico and South America
    • Manage commercial banking relationships with local partners related to existing accounts and new opportunities
    • Evaluate relative FX rates and forecasts to support hedging and cross border activities

    Required skills

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
    • Fluent language skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
    • Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
    • 3-5 years of experience with cash management in a corporate environment
    • Motivated with a solid desire to deliver results beyond the status quo
