    Job summary

    The Red Hat Telecommunication Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join us in Dubai, U.A.E. In this role, you will create personalized content and deliver targeted initiatives to create and maintain relationships with key digital media customers. You’ll work closely with other sales and marketing teams from the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. You’ll need to be practical and have the ability to treat each existing and prospective customer as a market of its own. As a Marketing Manager, you will build and deliver campaigns through multiple channels.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Understand business challenges of specific customers; discover how decisions are made in the organization and who is responsible for them
    • Manage and promote an editorial calendar of content generating and marketing aligned with the customer experience; support go-to-market (GTM) plans for your account-based marketing (ABM)
    • Set up marketing tactics and provide sales enablement to customers using digital channels, social media, or events; analyze data to define effectiveness of program activities
    • Improve marketing effectiveness through audience segmentation and innovative techniques and processes
    • Create and maintain a named database of key accounts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience and achieving account goals
    • Collaborate with the ABM program team to gain consent for cross-portfolio go-to-market and marketing strategies

    Required skills

    • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications marketing; solid knowledge of mobile industry
    • Experience building and delivering ABM programs
    • Understanding of network functions virtualization (NFV), cloud, and emerging technologies and their integration into programs delivering sales and product objectives
    • Ability to translate detailed content into value propositions for customers using online platforms
    • Solid writing and presentation skills
    • Experience with successful social media strategy, and direct and digital marketing campaigns
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and solutions teams
    • Solid planning and organization skills with attention to detail; ability to work under minimal supervision
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
    • Knowledge of SirusDecisions research is a plus
