    Job summary

    The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Team Manager to lead the Associate Experience and Knowledge team located in Brno, Czech Republic. The Employee Experience and Knowledge team leads continuous improvement in the delivery of HR services through service delivery performance audits, associate experience analysis, and knowledge management. You will play a critical role in partnering with Red Hat’s People team leaders to evaluate, develop, and activate a strategy for continuous improvement to scale and improve the associate experience.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development of direct reports
    • Perform manager responsibilities, including approval and management of time, PTO, and other work-related activities
    • Manage Associate Experience and Knowledge projects, initiatives, and daily responsibilities
    • Use specialized expertise to minimize service delivery and compliance risks while increasing capacity of HR operational services
    • Develop trusted relationships across the organization to effectively educate and influence risk and control issues as it relates to HR Operations
    • Anticipate roadblocks, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide approaches to problem solving
    • Carry out and guide continuous improvement against Associate Experience and Knowledge Management strategies
    • Evaluate service, process, and knowledge effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
    • Establish a working relationship with the other leaders; ensure communication is effectively delivered and concerns are being addressed appropriately

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, data analytics, strategy, or operations is preferred
    • Previous people management experience
    • Solid communication and presentation skills
    • Several years of experience in HR or Shared Services
    • Solid data analytic skills
    • Experience in Knowledge Management
    • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and projects
    • Ability to collaborate and influence across teams
    • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
    • Experience in HR business process improvement, redesign, and operational management
