    Job summary

    Help Red Hat move from the foundation of the datacenter to the heart of digital transformation and continue building the knowledge and developing the skills of our internal presales, consulting teams, and external partners. The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Enablement team is looking for a Learning Management System Administrator to join us in Singapore. In this role, your responsibilities will include working with global and APAC enablement team associates in managing and running the day-to-day activities in support of the regional learning management systems (LMSs), managing small to mid-sized projects, both system-related and business-related. You’ll need to be dynamic, detailed-oriented, and adaptable system and support administrator to help us deliver flawlessly.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Be responsible for regional LMS administration tasks
    • Create region or country-specific landing pages
    • Support regional training campaigns
    • Create regional training classes and sessions
    • Upload translated learning content
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for support inquiries to the internal and partner LMS helpdesk for users in APAC (or during an agreed-upon time period)
    • Collaborate with global and regional sales operations and sales IT on resolving inquiries and issues
    • Communicate with LMS users within APAC to support instructor-led trainings (ILTs)
    • Coordinate projects related to and manage regional content translations work; work with the Partner Enablement Manager, Enablement Operations Specialist, third-party vendor, and internal reviewers through an end-to-end process

    Required skills

    • Experience with LMS administration; preferably Seertech iLearning PLUS and Totara
    • Basic project coordination and management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Passion for excelling in customer service
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office-like suites, specifically Microsoft Excel and G Suite
    • Good teamwork, communication skills, and customer-centric approach
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to track work progress
    • Proficiency working in ticket-based workflow systems
    • Experience working with remote teams and using of virtual conference tools


    The following are considered a plus:


    • 5+ years of experience working with LMSs; preferably Seertech iLearningPLUS and Totara
    • Prior helpdesk or customer support experience
    • Experience in managing small to mid-sized projects
    • Proficient in Google productivity tools, Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; experience with formulas and functions (vlookups, pivot tables, macros)
    • Ability to coordinate work between multiple teams in a global setting
    • Project management certificate
