    Job summary

    The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Delivery Excellence Lead to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you’ll help a wide range of enterprise organizations as part of their digital transformation journeys. You will join us in developing a Delivery Excellence Centre (DEC), where we can bring the latest technology and development approaches to organization quickly and effectively. As a Delivery Excellence Lead, you’ll guide and inspire a technical development team, and work with regional organizations across Europe to position, design, and deliver solutions to them.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Scope delivery of infrastructure and application migration projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments
    • Coach, enable, and lead delivery teams on infrastructure migration (and related) solutions
    • Work closely with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a premium customer experience with Red Hat's solutions
    • Build a positive team culture with rewards and recognition that align associates’ focus with our company goals
    • Identify, attract, develop, and retain talented people
    • Work with Red Hat's local and regional leadership teams to establish go-to-market strategies for Red Hat's emerging technology infrastructure and cloud solutions portfolio
    • Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk

    Required skills

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology, e.g., infrastructure software, operating systems, security, cloud infrastructure and management, middleware application software, system integration, or application development
    • Experience with leading technical teams with both content and talent management
    • Familiar with application migration and infrastructure setup and data centre migration; cloud practices and open source emerging technologies, and everything-as-code
    • Practical, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and business growth, while evaluating and improving our Service offerings
    • Good communication and technical skills that enable customer relationship development at engineering, commercial, and executive levels
    • Excellent ability to understand customer business challenges and map these to technology solutions requirements
