The Red Hat Global Total Rewards team is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join us in Farnborough, U.K. In this role, you’ll implement and advance benefits programs and solutions. Reporting to the Manager of Global Benefits, you will be a key member of the broader global People team and will interact regularly with local, regional ,and global People team and business leaders. We need you to have both strategic and working experience, as well as a mix of corporate and small, start-up-like, high-growth company experience. We’ll expect you to provide vision and direction around strategic program development in a highly competitive, constantly changing environment. This position can be based in other locations across the EMEA, including Brno, Czech republic, Madrid, Spain, Munich, Germany, or Paris, France.
