Promote sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and create strategic plan for each account. The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join us in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will guide sales activities across a set of named enterprise accounts, and build and maintain relationships within assigned organizations. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills because you will regularly call on customer executives within your accounts. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will also need to understand executives' problems to make call scenarios, define them, and explain how Red Hat’s solutions can solve them.
