    Job summary

    Red Hat's Consulting team is looking for a Consulting Services Partner Lead for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will help us ensure strategic alignment and collaboration with our partners to increase the flexibility of Red Hat's delivery capabilities and strengthen our ecosystem to grow the overall market as the size of Red Hat's Services Consulting business grows globally. You’ll actively participate in sales and revenue contribution, field engagement, process creation, and delivery by helping to guide joint go-to-market initiatives across Red Hat’s emerging technology platforms. This is a directly managed, strategic role.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Evolve and guide the consulting partner strategy, business plan, and implementation with the Red Hat APAC consulting partners
    • Evolve and guide the global system integrator (GSI) and regional SI strategy, business plan, and implementation, collaborating with Red Hat’s Partner and Alliances and Consulting teams in country and region and worldwide
    • Increase bookings and revenue contribution through partner identification, enablement, resource management, and delivery managers
    • Participate in field engagement strategies that result in technical alignment, field alignment, and solutions development with our partners
    • Guide process improvement for field enablement, contracting, routes to market, and delivery management
    • Collaborate with the Global Enablement team to enable partners via learning paths
    • Increase partner booking and revenue contribution year-over-year
    • Develop joint go-to-market strategies to align more strategically with our partners

    Required skills

    • 10+ years of experience working in the high-tech industry; 3-5 years of experience working with and managing services partners in APAC
    • Experience with and understanding of consulting services
    • Experience with and understanding of running actions and project tasks to make outcomes happen
    • Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional relationships and deliver on cross-functional initiatives
    • Knowledge of and practical experience with the complete consulting engagement life cycle from opportunity identification to delivery
    • Ability to analyze and determine business and technical risks between the consulting business and our partners
    • Excellent consultative selling, forecasting, business planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Foundational knowledge of Red Hat’s platforms
    • Demonstrated experience of exceeding KPIs, MBOs, and objectives in a $50M+ software and services business
    • Willingness to travel weekly across APAC up to 50%
