    Job summary

    The Red Hat Partner and Alliance team is looking for a Partner Network Coordinator to join us in Farnborough, U.K. In this role, you will work as part of the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Partner team, which centralizes the day-to-day partner program management for all EMEA solutions providers and independent software vendor (ISV) partners. You’ll serve as the central point of contact for all partners and you'll work to support all incoming requests from partners. As a Partner Network Coordinator, you will also support sales and marketing programs and ensure that partners have what they need to successfully sell Red Hat’s solutions.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Coordinate activities between the Channel Sales team and other teams like Marketing, Legal, Finance, Order Management, etc.
    • Prioritize your workload to help partner sales teams meet all key performance indicators, goals, and objectives
    • Respond to requests from internal team members and partners through phone and email
    • Support partner managers to further develop relationships with their local partners
    • Follow up with tasks until they are resolved and regularly communicate statuses to partner managers

    • Experience in a sales administration or customer support role
    • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a big plus
