    Job summary

    The Red Hat Training team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in Stuttgart, Germany. In this role, you’ll help build skills and knowledge through flexible training options, real-world content, and validation of skills through practical certification exams. You will provide an outstanding training experience to customers and prospects interested in Red Hat trainings. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work with various sales teams, Order to Invoice, Finance, and other support teams to ensure an exceptional sales and post-sales experience for customers. We’ll need you to play a critical role in partner relationship, providing timely and accurate response to their queries.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Support customer’s retail, direct, and web customers by providing premium customer service for all fulfilment, pre-sales, post-sales, and billing issues across allocated region
    • Be the first point of contact for customers receiving calls and emails on an inbound basis for customers is the allocated market
    • Provide general information and answer questions on various training courses ordered, re-arranged, or cancelled
    • Handle support level issues like registering system profiles, and account management for allocated region
    • Process and submit returns, revise credit card information, manual refund requests, and complete other data entry functions
    • Coordinate facility booking in line with the training schedule
    • Work closely with the Order Management, Sales and Operations, and various Finance teams via web tickets, telephone queue, and issue tracker to handle, escalate and resolve customer issues
    • Coordinate with partners and direct customers to get additional bookings on offerings with low enrolment count

    Required skills

    • Experience working with complex customer requirements
    • Fluent written and verbal language skills in German along with Spanish or French
    • Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, spreadsheets, and word processing packages
