The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Manager overseeing the technical relationship and resources dedicated to our SAP Alliance to join us in Walldorf, Germany. In this role you will manage the technical team and their engagement with SAP to ensure we meet the needs of our partnership and our mutual customers. This includes relationship management, technical account management, support services to SAP and to mutual production customers, documentation and certification efforts, and engineering activities. You’ll also translate the goals and strategies of our Global SAP partnership into scalable architectures that provide outstanding business value and user experiences. As a Manager, you will oversee a team of highly technical associates who are responsible for building this best-in-industry partnership.
