Red Hat's Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for an experienced and highly skilled support engineer to join us as a Technical Account Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will provide support for enterprise customers who want the deepest possible technical relationship with Red Hat JBoss in order to maximize their return on a significant investment in Red Hat and Red Hat JBoss Middleware technology. You’ll serve as a consistent technical point of contact for Red Hat JBoss Middleware that understands ongoing technology requirements of our customers. As a Technical Account Manager, you will cultivate highly personalized support relationships with customers and gain understanding of their IT infrastructures, internal processes, and overall business needs. You'll tailor support for the customer environments, advocate on their behalf, and facilitate collaboration with their other vendors. You’ll also help debug, quantify, and test issues escalated by customers for the entire Red Hat JBoss Middleware family of offerings and partner closely with associates in our Engineering R&D, Product Management, and Global Support teams.
