    Job summary

    The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Marketing team is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join us in Singapore. In this role, you’ll create scalable processes across multiple departments and external organizations that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will also conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the APAC. You will work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders from across the company. We’ll need you to be responsible for managing the lead management process and program across the region and countries and interfacing the sales, marketing, and marketing development organization. You will use clearly defined KPIs to track and report success. This position requires collaboration with executives and sales management as well as the ability to operate in a regional, field, and globally matrixed environment.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Define and own what constitutes marketing qualified leads and sales qualified leads
    • Work with various marketing teams to nurture leads to improve funnel velocity and conversion
    • Work with marketing operations to define and improve lead scores in APAC
    • Use lead management software like Eloqua, Outreach, and Salesforce.com to manage leads
    • Work with programs teams to understand go-to-market strategies and support them in their pipeline opportunity targets
    • Report to senior manager of Marketing Operations team

    Required skills

    • 5+ years of demonstrated track record and experience in a similar role
    • Business degree (business administration, marketing) strongly preferred
    • Experience in overall marketing strategy and sales opportunity assessment and prioritization
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
    • Team player with solid cross-group collaboration skills
    • Great communication skills with management presence
    • Experience using office suite of solutions, especially spreadsheets (pivot, look ups, filtering, charting)
    • Experience generating campaign and funnel reports from our marketing platforms including Qlik Sense, Outreach, and Salesforce.com
    • Outstanding problem-solving skills with an eye for detail; ability to accurately compile and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to solve business problems
    • Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of an end-to-end buyer’s journey from the marketing funnel through to the sales pipeline
    • Ability to engage with regional and program marketing teams to guide better quality leads and aligning with the global lead generation model
