    Job summary

    Help us clearly articulate the value of Red Hat’s solutions and how they address our partners and cloud provider needs. The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an experienced cloud specialist to join us as a Partner Account Manager in Puteaux, France. In this role, you will handle relationships with our main cloud provider, global cloud provider, and local partners dedicated to this business, including our distributor, helping our sales and partners to make business and IT transformations by promoting our cloud solutions. You’ll be responsible for creating plans and building commercial relationships, as well as expanding and improving the business that we do with existing cloud providers. As a Partner Account Manager, you will also gain understanding of the partner and end customer needs and challenges.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Communicate Red Hat's values and visions to the partners and cloud service provider (CSP) executives
    • Successfully sell solutions through our CSP (global and local) ecosystem
    • Develop new CSPs by recruiting new partners and expand existing revenue in the CSP ecosystem
    • Represent Red Hat to the top CSP and support Sales team as a CSP specialist
    • Meet assigned sales quotas
    • Lead and be responsible for CSP forecasts

    Required skills

    • Excellent record of software and cloud experience in France
    • Proven experience selling complex solutions to large organizations and multiple decision-makers
    • Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and initiative
    • Solid understanding of the CSP model and solid knowledge of the local ecosystem
    • Communication and technical skills that allow you to develop relationships at commercial and executive levels throughout organizations
    • Fluent language skills in English and French
