    Job summary

    Red Hat's Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Marketing team is looking for a Senior Program Manager for our Partner Marketing Program to join us in Munich, Germany or Farnborough, U.K. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and carrying out marketing communication programs and campaigns to our diverse and growing community of EMEA partners. You’ll also be responsible for online and digital communications including emails, bulletins and newsletters, social media, and webinars, as well as local partner website content. As a Senior Program Manager, you will serve as the primary marketing communication contact between the global marketing group, EMEA sales teams, business development managers, and partner marketing counterparts. This position is open to internal candidates only. Outside candidates, including referrals, are not being accepted at this time.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Create and distribute monthly partner newsletter, enablement bulletin, and ad hoc emails to our EMEA partner community
    • Create and manage social media communications to our EMEA partners, including Twitter and LinkedIn and paid social media campaigns as required
    • Analyze and report communication activities, making comparisons with industry trends and competitor activities with recommendations for improvement
    • Manage relevant partner mailing lists for communications and marketing purposes, as well as segments within Salesforce.com (SFDC); ensure compliance with GDPR
    • Provide end-to-end project management of partner webinars, including speakers, content, invitations, and follow-up
    • Manage local partner website content, ensuring that this content is up to date and relevant to link with social media activity
    • Work closely with global partner communication functions on strategy and content
    • Manage agency relationships and associated budgets
    • Regularly meet with key stakeholders and solicit feedback from partners to ensure that communication programs meet their needs
    • Perform other partner or communication activities as required

    Required skills

    • 2-5 years of marketing communications experience in a business-to-business environment
    • Marketing or business-related bachelor’s degree
    • Experience using Eloqua, social media platforms like Elevate or Bambu, and SFDC
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility, autonomy, and a desire to make things happen
    • Creative problem-solver and resourceful in meeting marketing program goals
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Fluent written and verbal language skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
    • Proven program implementation and measurement skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 20%
    • Experience using reporting tools like QlikView is a plus
