    Job summary

    Create campaigns mapped to business priorities using existing agencies and internal resources. The Asia Pacific (APAC) marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the use and integration of Red Hat's digital capabilities together with external tactics into integrated campaigns that promote demand for our business. You’ll work with in-country and APAC stakeholders to achieve and optimize performance. Besides digital knowledge and experience, you’ll need to have campaign design know-how in terms of user journey and data flow, a solid focus on implementation, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Engage with field and regional marketing teams to cocreate integrated marketing campaigns with agreed-upon ROI
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in using existing digital capabilities and integrating owned media into campaigns
    • Champion a data-driven approach to designing and optimizing campaigns
    • Use internal resources and external agencies to deliver campaigns end-to-end
    • Provide commentary and recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis of campaign performance
    • Assume leadership of assigned digital functions for APAC, guiding innovation and connecting local initiatives with global strategy

    Required skills

    • Demonstrated proficiency in crafting integrated marketing campaigns that span owned and paid digital media while taking into account customer journeys and data flow
    • Familiarity with social and digital media in APAC and their capabilities, especially audience targeting and remarketing
    • Knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools like Omniture and Clicktale and marketing automation tools like Eloqua and Marketo
    • Resourceful problem-solver; ability to provide solutions focused on outcomes
    • Effective time management, communication, and negotiation skills in order to meet requests from stakeholders within tight timeframes
    • Experience working in or managing agencies to scope, design, carry out, optimize, and report on digital campaigns is a big plus
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM, rich media, mobile, video, and programmatic advertising is a plus
    • Solid understanding of B2B marketing, especially in the technology vertical, is a plus
