    Job summary

    Provide all aspects of administrative support to the onsite and offsite teams. The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales. You’ll work to enable the team to focus on their core responsibilities. As an Administrative Assistant, you may be required to perform scheduling, event planning, recording of meetings, and other similar duties.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Manage calendars with an understanding of business priorities to offer alternatives and consideration to the stakeholders; provide timely reminders as necessary
    • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee internal and external meetings or events (local, off-site, or by video conferencing)
    • Organize any needed material in advance of the meetings; maintain standard files, record keeping systems, and confidential files
    • Organize travel arrangements; anticipate and coordinate point-to-point travel and logistics needs
    • Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
    • Provide general administrative support

    Required skills

    • Solid attention to detail
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities; solid organizational skills
    • Proficiency with calendaring and office application software (e.g., Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, etc.)
    • Prior administration experience is a plus
