Serve as an integral part of the HR team to provide overall input to Red Hat’s purpose, values, and business objectives, while being the catalyst of our unique corporate culture. The Red Hat People (HR) team in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region is looking for an HR Manager to join us in Cork, Waterford, or Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you’ll be the point of contact for associates and business leaders. We’ll need you to guide the HR agenda for Ireland, translate business and organizational needs into annual regional HR country plans, and lead the implementation successfully. As an HR Manager, you will provide internal advisory and guidance on a broad range of HR topics around the associate life cycle like performance management, compensation and benefits, employment relations and grievance, local associate communications and personal development. You will be supported by and expected to partner with the EMEA team of people representatives and other HR functions like talent acquisition partners, training and development specialists, and shared services resources who will assist you in guiding your HR strategy and actions successfully. You will act as the HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions across EMEA.
