    Job summary

    The Red Hat Global Customer Success (GCS) team is looking for a Cloud Deployment Manager with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform to join us in London, U.K. In this role, you will serve as a key associate in engaging with Red Hat's customers and enabling their lines of business, developer, and management and executive teams to ensure a complete adoption of Red Hat's cloud solutions at a business level. You'll have an opportunity to take ownership of key customer relationships and strategic program initiatives. As a Cloud Deployment Manager, your success will be heavily dependent on consistent high-quality collaboration and engagement with customer and internal teams across the organization, including Engineering, Product Management, Support, Sales, and Consulting teams. Candidates from other locations will be considered as well.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Guide end-to-end adoption of OpenShift by Red Hat-based solutions in customer environments from a business perspective; collaborate with other associates within Red Hat to achieve resolution of technical issues
    • Implement and maintain customer success plans during adoption phase together with customers to enable successful adoption of our solutions
    • Evangelize our solutions with our customers' management teams and technical teams including developers and IT
    • Build lasting customer relationships across the board from technical teams to C-level management teams
    • Participate in key customer meetings and quarterly executive business reviews (EBRs)
    • Provide feedback via established voice of customer processes to ensure customers' business requirements are being captured and addressed appropriately
    • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Delivery teams to bring our customers the best solutions from across the Red Hat's cloud infrastructure solutions portfolio

    Required skills

    • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, consulting, customer success, sales engineering, IT architecture, or equivalent supporting enterprise development teams
    • Prior experience with having the responsibility for a customer account experience
    • Customer-centric and focused on delivering the best outcomes for the customer
    • Ability to work without direct supervision with high discipline and direction
    • Understanding of a very broad set of technologies from cloud technologies to modern application development and DevOps
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities
    • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships across multiple teams and channels
    • Ability to map customer business processes to the capabilities of our offerings
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to guide change and motivate various stakeholders, supported by good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Great engagement skills with the ability to establish a trusted adviser relationship with business decision-makers
    • Ability to embrace change to manage the open hybrid cloud’s ever-changing environment
    • Willingness to travel up to 80%
    • Desire to seek out opportunities to learn and ask questions
