Job summary

The Red Hat Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team is looking for an Operations Analyst to join us in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will help this new team provide valuable operational support to our global recruiting efforts to ensure that recruiters have the tools and processes needed to meet their hiring goals. You’ll also help support Red Hat associates and external candidates to ensure that they have an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process. You’ll need to be detail-oriented with a passion for excellent customer service and fine-tuned processes. Primary job responsibilities

  • Manage the new hire setup for the global TA team by creating accounts, managing team mailing lists, and providing training on relevant systems
  • Support Red Hat's high volume referral program by responding to associates’ requests about their referral’s status in the interview process
  • Respond to internal and external applicants’ requests for general information about our open positions
  • Support our global vendor (recruiting agency) management program by setting up new vendors, training recruiters and hiring managers on the processes, and managing purchase orders and invoices for placements
  • Manage general purchase orders for our global TA team
  • Build complex reports from our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Play an important role in improving our operational processes
  • Support internal projects by performing tasks including project coordination and tracking, process documentation, and internal communications

Required skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in either recruiting support, administrative support, or HR shared services; part-time experience during university studies is acceptable
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience creating and managing spreadsheets
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Accounting (AP, Purchase Orders) highly desired
  • Ability to learn new skills and tools quickly
  • Bachelor's degree
