Job summary

Provide top quality talent for new opportunities within Red Hat. Red Hat's People (HR) team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will deliver excellent services and collaborate closely with multiple teams. You’ll guide continuous process improvement across the Talent Acquisition team and help increase brand awareness for Red Hat as an employer of choice across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Analyze current market trends and anticipate future business needs to build a comprehensive sourcing strategy that uses a wide scope of sourcing tools to proactively build candidate pipelines
  • Successfully conduct search assignments for associate to vice president-level roles in a systematic and comprehensive manner
  • Use search methodologies to identify, attract, and hire talent
  • Develop selection processes including selection criteria, interview process flow, and selling strategies to ensure the selection and hiring of the best candidate for all openings
  • Consult with hiring managers and interview panels about talent acquisition strategies and tactics, legal requirements, and appropriate candidate management techniques
  • Create the optimal candidate experience by identifying the key decision levers, developing a sell strategy, and creating candidate experiences and offers that successfully close the hire

Required skills

  • Ability to successfully persuade senior stakeholders
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex matrix structure
  • Broad understanding of current business trends and strategies
  • Recruiting experience in the APAC region, especially ASEAN countries and ideally Australia as well
  • Ability to think strategically and objectively while considering both local and global implications
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment with some ambiguity
