    Job summary

    The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Partner Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will work with partners across Nordic countries and team up with the Nordic Partner team supporting the growth of the business opportunities with the Red Hat focus partners. You’ll also communicate and coordinate activities for Red Hat’s Nordic partners including seminars, training, Partner Program initiatives, following up on leads to increase business opportunities for both Red Hat and our focus partners. As a Partner Inside Sales Account Representative, you will learn how to work collaboratively with multicultural teams both internally and externally to improve business and create solutions that serve Red Hat and our partners. This position is a great step to expand your current position into a Nordic role.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Help grow the existing partner relationships into more strategic ones and discover new business opportunities
    • Work closely with the partner account managers responding to partner and distributor inquiries and help remove sales obstacles and accelerate the sales
    • Engage with customers, partners, and distributors on a daily basis to develop and close both new and existing opportunities
    • Lead generation and prospecting efforts for potential customers
    • Record sales activity and track customer data using company-standard customer relationship management (CRM) tool
    • Work with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, and Operations teams across the region to facilitate partner sales opportunities
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as Red Hat's competitive position within it

    Required skills

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline, or relevant work experience
    • 1+ year(s) of sales experience, preferably in working with partners
    • Motivated and goal-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers and partners
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills; high attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Understanding of the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
    • Comfortable presenting thoughts, ideas, and successes to the business over the phone
    • Ability to build long-term relationships with partners by establishing trust and credibility
    • Teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate complex activities in a fast-paced environment
    • Fluent written and verbal language skills in English and Swedish
