The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of Red Hat's cloud-based problem analysis and resolution platform based in Beijing, China. In this role, you will take the responsibility to build customer-facing tools and services to automatically detect, classify, and resolve problems experienced in the usage of software in Red Hat's solution portfolio.
