Job summary

Help deploy the Red Hat Individual Exam (RHIE) systems worldwide. The Red Hat Global Learning Services Training team is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join us in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will serve as a contact person for sites which have RHIE systems on site. You’ll train examiners, respond to customers, and help examiners with delivering exams. This role does not require technical knowledge.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Install systems on partner sites automatically or remotely
  • Perform troubleshooting of installations with the help of a technical team
  • Call sites worldwide on a monthly basis; this will require willingness to work at all hours of the day to be able to contact all sites
  • Confirm opening and closing hours
  • Get information on site contact persons
  • Find out if any site is having issues with which we can help
  • Contact sites if needed for technical reasons
