    Job summary

    Red Hat's People (HR) team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will deliver best-in-class services and collaborate closely with multiple teams. You'll provide top quality talent for new sales, pre-sales, services, and consulting opportunities within Red Hat. We'll need you to guide continuous process improvement across the Talent Acquisition team and help increase brand awareness for Red Hat as an employer of choice in Japan, as well as across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with 20 colleagues across the APAC region.

    Primary job responsibilities

    • Analyze current market trends and anticipate future business needs to build a comprehensive ​recruiting strategy that uses a wide scope of sourcing tools to proactively build candidate pipelines
    • Successfully conduct search assignments for ​entry level to senior level roles in a systematic and comprehensive manner
    • Use search methodologies to identify, attract, and hire talent
    • ​Apply selection processes including selection criteria, interview process flow, and selling strategies to ensure the selection and hiring of the best candidate for all openings
    • Consult with hiring managers and interview panels about talent acquisition strategies and tactics, legal requirements, and appropriate candidate management techniques
    • Create the optimal candidate experience by identifying the key decision levers, developing a sell strategy, and creating candidate experiences and offers that successfully close the hire​

    Required skills

    • Ability to successfully influence senior stakeholders
    • Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a ​technology, sales, or a ​growth environment
    • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex matrix structure
    • Broad understanding of current business trends and strategies
    • Recruiting experience in the APAC region, especially Japan
    • Ability to think strategically and objectively while considering both local and global implications
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment with ambiguity
