Build and lead a team of highly skilled product sales specialists and product specialist solutions architects to help our customers across India and South Asia. The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager for the Regional Sales team to join us in either Bangalore, Delhi, or Mumbai, India. In this role, you will work closely with the India Leadership team as well as Asia Pacific (APAC) business teams within Red Hat to define the go-to-market strategies for high growth technology solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Ansible by Red Hat, Red Hat CloudForms, CloudSuite and Cloud Infrastructure, Red Hat Storage, Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, and Red Hat 3Scale API Management Platform. This is a sales-driven, quota-oriented role where you will be expected to guide large, complex customer engagements. We will need you to bring a solid network of relationships and a detailed understanding of the Indian IT landscape. You will strive for organizational excellence, be involved in coaching and mentoring talent, as well as engaging both internal and external stakeholders in making Red Hat India a fun and better place to work.
